Mind is always working. 

So, when is mental leisure? 

Mind is constantly thinking about this or that. When is leisure!

You can say that the mind is forced into a halt during sleep, but even then, it gets worked up by dreams. 

So, mental leisure can be a bit tricky to comprehend and achieve.

First, we have to understand the difference between mental leisure and mental silence.

Mental silence is a time when you have close to zero thoughts in your mind. 

Mental leisure, on the other hand, is when your mind is on a vacation. There’s activity but pertaining to carefree pleasantries.

The best thing about mental leisure or mental vacation is that you don’t have to buy tickets. You can have it anywhere, whenever you want.

Leave aside the working hours. Even when you are having dinner, aren’t you thinking about some of those stressful things in life?

Whatever you enjoy doing and love thinking. Those become your leisure activities and you are enjoying mental leisure.
